Informative interview. Hiring manager was very thorough. Explained the job well and asked typical interview questions. Good benefits. I decided to go with another company, but was impressed with this place and the job the were hiring for.

I met with the hiring manager on location! They were very kind. I had no experience as a server and they gave me a shot. They asked questions about my experience. When I told them I didn't have any, they asked other questions about my experience talking to people and working hard. I was able to site my experience working in camps and was able to express my ability to talk to people throughout the experience.
