The interview process felt unnecessarily long and unprofessional. I had to prepare two presentations in advance, one about my previous experience and one about Winbond, and additionally complete a spontaneous presentation task during the interview. The interview lasted around two hours and was conducted by two department employees rather than HR.
Throughout the interview, I was repeatedly interrupted, my motivation for working in Taiwan was questioned in a disrespectful way, and one interviewer kept her camera off the entire time. After being told I would receive feedback by the end of the week, I never heard back even after one month. HR also did not respond to my follow-up inquiries regarding the application status.
