One stage interview with the partners of the team that you will be working with. Be prepared to answer detailed questions about your relevant experience and the way that you approach case management. Be sure to ask questions, and pay attention to the ones that they avoid directly answering. This firm has high expectations, and my interviewers were very cagey about answering questions pertaining to hours and PTO.
First round with 2 partners, second with 2 different partners; sometimes they have you interview with 1 partner and then a panel. Either way it's 2 stages with different attorneys each time. Potentially the managing partner too.
