I believe the process was a bit too long. I am grateful that they did not want to interview me at the same time so I would not be intimidate, but it made the process very lengthy.

Interview
There is a pre-screening phone interview with the owner. If positive, there's a short quiz to take to see if your personality fits with the company core values and culture. Once the results come back, there's an interview with the President and CFO. If all goes well with these interviews, there are subsequent interviews with the managers of each department. The management team meets to decide on an offer and then a lunch meeting is scheduled to negotiate the offer.
