I applied on line and eventually got a phone interview I was asked some pretty basic questions, then received a in-person interview where i was asked more basic interview questions.

Interview
You'll get a call for phone interview. just to see if your fit for the job your applying for.
Once you pass. You'll do a behavioral test about your personality making sure that you can handle the job and you can work with others.
You'll get a second interview face to face with Either HR and or Sales Manager.
And if needed you'll get another interview with Just Sales manager or VP in Sales.

Just be true to yourself, make sure that you know about the company and there expectation and your expectation.
Ask question, specially if you were ask 'do you have any question'. this is the time for you to show that your interested about the Position.
