The initial interview process has nothing to do with Construction. It’s just jumping through the HR gatekeeper’s hoops. A recruiter set me up with Willmeng. I spoke with the “Talent Acquisition Manager” who had me take two online assessments apparently measuring my personality by selecting adjectives & phrases corresponding to your work traits. This was sandwiched around a 30 min Zoom interview where my job background/past experience was discussed. I then would have progressed to having another Zoom interview with a project team.

Interview
The interview was a 2 on 1 with people at the company. I reached out to them in a career fair, after that I received an invitation to an in person interview with a hiring manager and a project manager. From there I received an offer a few days-week later.
it was a smooth process 1 hr round and then 2 rounds of technical interviews mostly the expect you to know about your resume and should have specific examples to back it up
