The interview process was super quick and easy. Williams even sends an intern interview guide before the interview is conducted. Additionally, I interviewed with them after a career fair and all of their recruiters were super friendly and helpful.

Interview
The interview was mainly behavioral-based questions, just focus on showing your personality. There were STAR questions too, make sure to know how to connect your beginning and end together smoothly.
