Williams Fresh Cafe interview questions

They were very welcoming. The employer got straight to the point and was easy going. Was very casual and had all my documents resumes at hand. Was not awkward and felt like a conversation

The typical interview questions were asked and the interviewer was very nice and understanding. I applied through my university so it was an opportunity granted to me by the university I was attending at the time. The job was on campus so we were required to share our class schedule with the interviewer in order to see whether or not I was suitable for the job. This was also required to see whether or not I could work enough hours throughout the week. With that said, because I received this interview from my university, the interviewer and the manager did not expect students to work long hours at all.
