I was impressed that I did not have to wait a long time to have the interviews scheduled. The 6 hour video interview with 5 people was a little much. It was obvious that they were selecting from a list of questions to ask, and at least 2 of the interviewers had only been with the company for a couple of months. I don't know how much experience they had with interviewing people; the interviews were supposed to broken up by behavioral and craft, but each person asked the same questions.
After taking a day off from my current job, and dedicating a whole day to this process, it was very annoying that I received a generic email generated from their system. The recruiter did not even respond to me when I reached out.
The fact that I was interviewed by all males was a red flag to me that - one, the company is not diverse and two, I was not going to get an offer.
