First step was a preliminary phone call just to gauge your interest in the firm and second interview was a zoom/teams meeting with mainly behavioral questions, very straightforward process as long as you have an understanding of William Blair as a firm

Why are you interested in private wealth management?
One phone interview with an analyst followed by a second Teams call with an associate. The process was very easy with only behavioral questions and no technical questions. The only downside was the timeline. It took a long time to hear back. I interviewed in September and did not get a response until December.
The interview process involved a first round on the phone. Then the second was with a higher up on Zoom. All behavioral type of questions. It was a pretty simple process.
