Initial interview with recruiter, waited 3-weeks before hearing from the recruiter and had to continue to email. Finally heard from a regional manager, had two brief discussions. Interviewed with a division VP 2-weeks later and then a corporate HR person the following week. Only to receive notice I was not chosen for the position. Horrible, horrible process and the people at Mobile Mini should learn how to speak to candidates. Upon going through this process; I would never apply or accept a position from this organization. I was strung along for 7-weeks only to be told via email they were pursuing other candidates.
