Wild TV interview questions

A young man (later found out he was barely 18) asked me a bunch of general programming question. The HR lead was there to overseen the interview. He didn't seem real interested to be there, almost if forced to take on the role. Later, they just hired me on spot, which was interesting.

My interview was straight forward and simple. It was about 20 minutes long. The interviewer and I had a great conversation about television. We talked alot about my previous Traffic experience at Global TV. When the interview was over, he said he was going to call my previous employers and get back to me. He called me within a half an hour to tell me I have the job if I wanted it.
