Applied and got an email from them asking to finish a project for them "as part of the process" to "see if my skills are up to par" despite having my portfolio that artists work months on. Did that and never heard back.

Interview
Interview process was easy, and actually enjoyable. When I interviewed, I met the team, CMO and CEO. I liked how engaging and friendly everyone was. Questions were also a good variety of professional and even a few fun icebreakers. I did have a test project and didn’t mind, as I did not have as many beauty oriented items in my portfolio at the time of applying.
