I interviewed at Wicked Weed Brewing (Asheville, NC)
Interview
The restaurant interview was casual and conversational. The manager asked about my past work, availability, and how I’d handle busy shifts. It felt friendly, with some scenario questions, and focused more on attitude and teamwork than strict formalities.
Straight forward interview. Asked some creative thinking questions but wasn't very transparent about the role. Didn't sound like they could match my pay which was surprising for a ABinBev company.
Lasted about an hour and overall friendly interview. Sat down with one of the managers at a table in the restaurant. Questions were common on how you handle certain stressful situations.
