They knew I'd already carved my niche in the industry and they were looking for something profound. for me, I look to cultivate a culture of change and move companies along, I've done so for Fortune 500's for decades, so when I postured this, it was obvious that the panel saw me as a threat to their status quo...no issue, don't need the job, was happy to figure them out.
