Lady who interviewed was pretty rushed and rude from the start. Only asked negative questions (nothing about skillset, just where I’d lack the most from the job description but nothing positive) and when I asked about the team and specifics she said she didn’t know and I’d have to ask in the next round of interviews and then I got automated rejection shortly after even though I more than qualify for the role.

Interview
Interviewer rescheduled my initial interview with 15 minutes notice. I didn't necessarily mind, however when I virtually attended the rescheduled interview 2 days later, they were late. Typically a non-issue for me with some small acknowledgement, but they never apologized for being late, or thanking me for my flexibility in rescheduling the first time. This said to me that they were not likely to value my time as an employee whilst expecting leniency on their part, because their time was valuable. I did not get a good impression of this company by this interviewer at all.

Very first question was whether I had any questions for him, which I found odd considering their initial listing didn't hold a ton of information, and is usually opened up after they explain a bit about their company first.
