Two interviews, first interview was online and had a lot of questions about experience, personality traits, and responses to different scenarios provided by the interviewers. Second interview was more focused on professional goals and more in depth personality questions.

Laid back, more conversational than the traditional interviews. 30 minutes with one campus recruiter (a Vice President in this case) and 30 minutes with younger professionals who were recent graduates of my university.
