The HR is great. The interviewer I got was an arrogant and obnoxious guy. No respect for me and my time. Did his dishes while speaking to me and then decided to grill me 4 layers deep into one question so that he can have a "aha gotcha" moment. Proceeded to do that with all his questions. So if I answered correct he would just try to find some minute detail that did not matter as it did not change the knowledge base needed. Just for the people reading, I ended up getting 2 fed govt job offers for positions much higher than the one I was interviewing for here. Sadly one guy can ruin a company and he is one of them. Could care less if I was not good enough but respect and attitude is a big part life and the workplace.
