Incompetent hiring process, interviewers have about as much technical knowledge as a care home resident. Take home test isn't too difficult but takes a ridiculous amount of time if done properly, imagine most candidates just use AI. Declined because of uncompetitive salary

The interview process consisted of a lengthy coding/analysis test, which required more than 10 hours - with conservative estimations - to be completed perfectly. Do not waste two days of your life for that, because they may decide later to fill the position internally.
