Interview
It was a three part journey. The first part was an in depth application. I then received an inviation for the first round of interviews with the manager. This was a telephone interview. I then was offered to come into the store for the second interview. The telephone interview was around 30 minutes and the in store interview was just under 1 hour.

Telephone Interview: This was about getting to know me as a person and my work expereince.
In Store Interview: This was a chance to go into more depth from the first interview and chance for me to tell the manager about my knowledge of the products, my strengths and my values.

Interview
Felt very at ease throughout the interview process. Manager was really lovely and explained role expectations.
Interview itself was approximately half an hour and was about 6 questions in length. Overall a very pleasant experience.
It was very friendly, and I felt very at ease. The questions were exactly what you would expect from a retail interview, so I felt very prepared to answer all the questions. I was also told quite a bit about the business and how the shop ran which was nice to know.
