Phone Interview, warm and welcoming. very informative, easy process if you connect with recruiter and have an urge to learn. Basic questions to start with and get a feel for whether or not you'll be a fit for the organization. after establishing rapport, more detail was given, background of company, roles and responsibilities of its members.

Typical 3 interviews. Met with recruting director first, then 2 managers. They were all very insiteful. They were clear on the expectations and requirements. I had a lot of questions coming into this industry and they answered everything honestly and with sincerity. It felt like they really cared about this being the right step for me.
