I came in for a meet and greet style interview and met the manager. he told me about them and the positions they have apart from what i applied for. asked me about goals etc. i was invited in for a second interview. it lasted all day and i observed one of their campaigns in chelmsford. met some cool people from the company i had a final interview with a different manager and he asked me about my day etc
