Our first round interviews are really just a brief meet and greet to get to know candidates and see if we share the same ethos and ambition. We apologise if that seemed brief or short, however with such a high volume of candidates we want to give many the opportunity to sit down with us for an initial meeting before deciding who to take forward into the second stage. This is where we cover the role in more detail.
It is important to us that the selected candidates join us for an open day so they can take on board more in-depth information and grasp a better understanding of our business, so they can make a well-informed decision about the role and opportunities available.
As for our Glassdoor reviews, we, unfortunately, have no control over those. Glassdoor has extremely strict policies about who can and can't write reviews, and we are unable to alter, remove or post our own reviews. We can't do much about what people say about us online, but we do try to respond to people and we welcome feedback. Please do feel free to get in touch if there's anything we can respond to in more detail, or help to clear up.
We apologise if you felt overwhelmed at any time during the interview process, we want to share our company goals and accomplishments with our candidates, we probably do talk a little bit too much about the exciting growth of our company, but we do want to make sure candidates are able to see the potential of our company for themselves. Our favourite thing is to work with people who are as motivated, excited and inspired as we are on a daily basis.
We make sure we are prepared for any situation regarding our applicant's well-being, so in circumstances where an applicant should need to travel, we are prepared to help them do so efficiently, we do not see putting the candidate's well-being first as a bad thing.
As a firm who are passionate about face to face communication, we could never see our personable approach to marketing as a negative thing, however, we do appreciate that this role is not everybody's cup of tea and that's ok. All the best.
