I was presented with an offer less than the salary range presented on the employment application and well below the market average. When I presented this market salary information, from three different sources, to counter the offer, it was withdrawn immediately without any form of compromise. The interview process is pleasant and the office is very nice, but it seems employees are not allowed a voice given the way my counteroffer was handled.
