recounting every manager since your first job in high school and why they were good or bad. Also, what were your strengths and weaknesses for every job you ever had. Exhausting and Silly!
Extremely detailed; they go back to your personality when you were in high school. Lasted a few hours. Also had a phone interview initially that lasted probably 30 minutes as well.
There was a panel, and it was called a Top Grade. The questions that are asked are comprised of your personal life and career development from when you started working as well as your relationship with your family and friends.

Tell me about a time where you had to overcome an objection
Process took several weeks and required 2 different on-line assessments. After completion of assessment was told they would not interview me and they did not give explanation why. Limited communication from them during the process.
