Interview
There is a apx 3 hour interview process for managers. They talk about your time from as far back highschool to your current employment. They go over your strengths, weaknesses, how others see you, accomplishments, regrets, etc. You typically have 2 people conducting the interview.
Extensive interview process. I was notified in advanced that I would undergo topgrading style interviewing, extremely thorough. Interviewers were very curious, professional and conversational. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Be prepared with multiple stories.

The interview took about 3 hours long. They start with your experiences all the back with high school and work their way up to present. A lot of questions are repetitive and a waste of time because you've already answered them in full detail a few questions ago.
