This was a 30 minute behavioral interview with two recruiters. They asked me to go over my resume, they asked four behavioral questions, then asked if I had any questions.

The interview process was conducted very professionally. Every person I met with was not only kind, but genuinely passionate about Whirlpool and the MLDP Program. The questions were as expected and appropriate for the role
