I was recruited through college campus with one general & technical aptitude tests, and 3 rounds of interview ( one at college and 2 at work place ). Whole recruitment process was initiated with 120 candidates with only 3 hiring took a week for finalizing.

Interview
It took less than a week to schedule and to declare the result. The manager took the interview and later also made me understand the structure and working of the department.
