The entire process started from my application. After few days there was a short phone interview with basic questions. In the end there was an interview in the company with a HR and a senior engineer. After few days I got the positive response.

Question 1
Describe the real electronic board. What problems did you face during your studies and how did you solve them?
It was a group assessment day. In the morning there was an introduction from the HR and a brief explanation of how the day would go on. Then there was a business game, light lunch and finally in the afternoon two individual interviews. In the whole people are nice and there is no need to be stressed

Interview
Met with a number of people, starting with the site HR manager and progressing through engineering management, production management and finally division management.
