The interview took place in a coffee shop and asked simple questions about my background and why I was interested in the job. It was easy to get the job as long as you don't have any red flags.
They will have you fill out a questionnaire and then describe your answers. They ask for your availability and ability to work with others and thats mostly it. Not a difficult or stressful process at all
Very easy, looking for ppl who are willing to multitask and work with a great attitude. The one I interviewed at the boss was the owner of the franchise location so he was more personable. Mainly after one interview session the hires got to know the results.
