Interview
I met initially with the director of driver services. She was very easy to interview with and I did not feel too intimidated. Then I met with my future supervisor who was wonderful. It was a quick and painless process.

Question 1
I was asked to carry on a conversation in French which was probably the most intimidating part but essentially very easy and free flowing.

Interview
Applied online the process took about a month. I did 3 interviews, 1 by phone, 1 with the recruiter and 1 with the manager. The take you around the second interview to show how the work is done on the floor and see if it will be a good fit. You listen you actual calls from customers and they later ask you what happened in the calls in your last interview.
