Was required to do an initial screener and then a case study which was paid. The initial screener didn't seem to know much about the position and overall wasn't very helpful. The final interview was given without even speaking much to the company or even getting a sense if I even wanted the position. Things seemed a bit chaotic and disorganized with the communication I received.
