Whedco interview questions

Found the ad on craigslist, was very skeptical but decided to answer it. Eventually met with IT staff, and then Vice President and CFO. This was before they had an HR department. I had to go back 3 times to meet all 3 people.

Interview was pretty straight forward . They ask you a series of questions to try to get to know you and then they go on to tell you what the company is about. Explain how important the data you collect is and how you need to focus on being confidential. Process took about a week to hear back and there is a 3 month probation period
