Whatcom Security interview questions

I went in to apply for a position at this company. After I handed in my application, the lady said she would give me a call back tomorrow. After I called back the next day, she told me she was swarm and would give me a call back when she was less busy. It so happen a half-hour later that was the case. She scheduled me for an interview on Monday morning. When I came in for my interview, she was swarmed and had a surprise meeting she needed to attend, so we chatted quickly and she told me to come to orientation the next day. I started orientation and we start go over company policy. One policy that I was not able to comply to was I could not be employed by another security firm, since I was going to be. I could continue with my orientation and thus a offer was not extended to me.
