WhatCounts Business Development Manager interview questions

Interviewed for Business Development Manager position. Process included an initial telephone interview followed by a series of in person interviews. I was able to meet and interact with the hiring manager as well as members of the business development, marketing, finance, technical, and executive team. In all, I met with 7 team members as part of the process. All interviews were conducted on time. The follow up was impeccable. Each employee shared the companies core values and strategic vision. I have never seen a company that was so in sync with values and strategy - across all departments. They were also very clear and frank on the business challenges they were facing. I found the approach to be honest and refreshing. My perception was of the team was extremely positive through all interactions. They are a group of sharp professionals with a clear vision of their targets. They exhibited a team culture that thrives on communication, integrity, and shared goals.
