Interview
Skype interview followed by a demo class. However if they don't want you they just stop all communication, no follow up emails or even an email saying they don't want you even if they tell you in the interview they will be passing you onto the next stage.
There is a very rigid mock class interview stage in which you give a prepared mock class to the interviewer after sending off the first stage which is a general application form where you provide your CV etc.

How would you explain teaching English to adults compared to teaching children?
Interview was booked very quickly, whole experience was very pleasant. A short teaching demo with some feedback, information about the company, time to ask questions. The interviewer was very friendly, and I enjoyed the whole experience.
The interview process went great and everything seemed fine. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours and never did. I never received a response, I even tried reaching out and still they won't reply. Extremely unprofessional. I don't think they are hiring, yet they are still advertising to bring new teachers on board.
