Wet ‘n Wild interview questions

The interview for the Wet’n’Wild Assistant Lifeguard position was conducted over video, which made the process convenient and stress-free. I was able to take the interview from home in a quiet space, and I felt more relaxed being in a familiar environment. The interviewer asked basic situational and customer service-related questions, such as how I would handle an uncooperative guest or how I stay focused during long shifts. They also asked why I was interested in the role and if I had any prior experience working with teams or in outdoor environments. Overall, it was straightforward and comfortable, and the video format made it very accessible.
