The interview went into 3 steps: - online coding on a platform with several javascript and css exercises - 1 hour interview with 2 senior devs - 1 hour interview with a tech lead, a project manager and a senior dev You get shortlisted on every stage, i got pretty low result on the coding stage with 36% but surprisingly i did pass The first interview was great, the devs were collaborative and kind, i passed to the second interview and their feedback was pretty quick The second interview wasn’t better, the tech lead and the manager were pretty arrogant, i felt being disrespected, it wasn’t a fun experience at all as it felt like being in an investigation They took 3 weeks to give me the feedback and that was really frustrating
