Westway Promotions interview questions

Straight forward, but the job was described as taking on crappy work at the start, so you could be promoted to do nothing and make money on other peoples work.

The interview process was extremely down to earth and comfortable. I didn't have a ton of experience coming into this interview so I was definitely nervous, Ashley made me feel so welcomed! It's a 2 step process. The first step is more an over view of the position and the company, pretty simple but effective questions are asked. I did my interview over Zoom The second interview was in person at the Dallas location. I met with an Account Manager to break things down in more detail.
