Westmont Hospitality Group interview questions

This scumbag company is desperate to hire general managers for a run down extended stay Hotel. They should’ve been on their hands and knees begging me to take the job instead they totally ghosted me. Very poorly managed and disrespectful.

Interviewed for a single property, the interview was relaxed and asked basic questions around sales and customer service experience. The overall process questions also depend upon the specific property you are being interviewed for, eg Local experience.
