Tell me about your communication style as a leader.
First round is video interview with Talent Acquisition member. The second interview round is in-person one with the branch manager and the team lead of the specific branch applied. Asked about the background and interests.
A complete fake process. They are just scanning the market. I met with HR on the west coast and they bigged it up this was a major role. They keep reposting the role and then said I can move through the process. Fake posting to me.
