Interview
Got a call from a recruiter. They asked a few questions like what I was looking for, part time or full time. They told me what the requirments was before I was asked to go to their orientation class. The class was 8 hours with testing at the end. It was pretty long.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Westex Security Services (Houston, TX)
Interview
There was no interview. The client requested me to have the job. The previous security contractor's contract expired and I was asked to stay on with new contractor and remain at clients facility. In a way the security company I worked for was fired but I was not.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Westex Security Services (Houston, TX) in Jan 2014
Interview
I completed an application at our local workforce solution office when the HR came to find workers. I was called in for an interview shortly after. I was only 18, and skeptical of being hired. Me, along with four others, were drug-tested. One failed the drug-test and was asked to leave. We then went over the job description. Then, one by one, we spoke to HR about what hours would work for us and what locations would work. I wouldn't even call it an interview. My application alone seemed to suffice.
