This was genuinely the most disrespectful interview I've ever had. I only got so far as the screening call where the HR Recruiter told me I did not have the specific AML experience (I had 7 years of AML on my resume) and was not forwarded for further interviews. She disrespectfully questioned my decision to take a lower paying position for a few months after law school than a legal role. The reasons were for personal family issues and should not be pried into. A career pause is not unheard of. She continued to do the math on her end and insisted my decision did not make financial sense. I don't believe that recruiter is still with W&S but I will never apply there again if this is the frontline allowed to vet potential employees.
