Upcoming Grad that submitted my cover letter and resume via their parent companies website Kiewit, received a phone call 2 weeks later just to answer a few general question about my resume and internships. Since I was on the east coast and they are based on the west coast they asked to do a webcam interview. More or less just a way for them to get too know you. No one was watching me, they just asked me a series of questions and recorded me while I answered them so several hiring personnel could review it.
