Interview
Two interviews, one with the site manager and one with the regional manager. Both were pretty straightforward, questions about my work experience, why I want to be a leasing professional, my goals, and a few situational questions.
Very positive experience and beautiful location. Long interview process. Communication is not the best for interview process. Company provides lots of great benefits and training. Very competitive and desired job.

Informal casual. I was interviewed by on-sight community manager first a followed by a short informal interview at the corporate office. However, this was in 2000 so much may have changed.
