The people working in this department are some of the nicest people I have met. They value ethics, teamwork and maturity above anything else. They also understand that everything can be learned in a working environment. During the interview, they asked me very simple questions like, 'what's a firewall,vpn etc etc", and they mostly check how you speak more than anything since this job requires you to talk to customers in a professional way.
