I had a late call from HR to make an interview next day, managament was too poor, the chairman saw me waiting, he talked to me and invited me to his office, we had a long chat and he invoked the SW manager to interview me, the interview was so basic. They told me after that I've been accepted. But after that nothing happened just like being in a dream. I called them after that they told me naively that HR staff is not ready to talk today, plz call tomorrow, and so on.. worest management I've ever seen.
