Rather unorganized. Had to wait for 45 minutes past interview time. Interview was conducted by a production manager and the plant manager, both of whom seemed to be nice guys. They seemed to be proud of what they did, which I liked. Who would have thought that someone could have so much pride about a cardboard box! It was a pleasant experience.
