Very casual and conversational. It was three rounds and focused on prior sales experience and/or packaging technical experience. Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to at Smurfit Westrock within the mid Atlantic group.

Quick to decide/hire. Initial phone interview, followed by visit and 1:1 with hiring manager. Interviewed with 18 people in two days, mostly just being shuttled around after first two interviews. Very accommodating, friendly. They made it very obvious who the decision makers were and who were giving a feel for the company, support for the position, and relevant peers.
