Typically you'll interview with an HR rep as a screening interview, which will determine which segment and role within the organization would be the best fit. Next, you'll either interview with multiple managers for a sales associate/customer care/resource rep/business support specialist role; a manager and a business director for a sales associate role; a business director for a managerial role, etc.

Automated Phone Interview followed by an in person one on one interview with business director. Stuck to a script of questions however did ask follow up questions to my answers when it was needed.

I interviewed with the Director of the program that I was applying for. She was also my direct supervisor at the time. Even though I knew her prior to the interview and we have worked together for many years, it was still a thorough and professional interview.
